ChildPlayWorks (CPW) provides specialist Child-Centred Play Therapy (CCPT) for NZ tamariki who need support.
We are an internationally recognised expert training provider in the wonderful modality of CCPT.
What does CPW do?
We work with:
Professionals – by providing specialised CCPT training to support their own work with children.
Tamariki – by enabling them to use play as a tool for their own healing and wellness.
Parents and Caregivers – by coming alongside and providing education and advice about the CCPT process, and assisting them to support their little one’s journey.
We believe that:
Every child has the ability within themselves to grow towards maturity and wholeness by guiding and leading their own therapeutic process.
Play is the natural world of a child, and playing is essential for healthy development
